Electrical Design Engineer

A growing, custom manufacturer of structural systems and metal components is seeking a hands-on Electrical Design Engineer to join their engineering team. What You’ll Be Doing

• Design electrical systems, including control panel layouts, schematics, and equipment specs
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to execute projects from design through delivery
• Manage multiple projects at once using strong planning and coordination skills
• Work primarily onsite, with occasional travel for Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Support procurement and technical reviews related to controls and electrical components

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR a 2-year technical degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in electrical controls, schematics, or panel design
• Willingness to learn or apply skills in fluid mechanics
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple timelines
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI
• This is an onsite-only role; remote work is not available
