Process Optimization: Review and refine Operation Method Sheets to ensure critical process parameters are well-documented, contributing to a robust, repeatable, and efficient process. Implement changes to enhance quality, effectiveness, and efficiency. -Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited institution. -Three or more years of experience in new product design of medium or high voltage electrical products -Knowledge in the application of medium voltage electrical distribution equipment -Familiarity and practice with of IEEE C62.11 and IEC 60099-4 -Knowledge of power test equipment and measurement instrumentation -Six-sigma trained to support design for manufacturing.
