Job Purpose:

To  provide design, development, testing and support of a variety of process   monitoring and control systems. 

Duties:

· Design and develop various industrial and commercial mechanical, electrical and combustion systems.

· Create electrical schematics and panel drawings while maintaining a focus on industry standards & compliances.

· Field installation, start up and support for various process control and measurement systems.

· Technical support for various product lines.

· Specifying technical process instrumentation, both new and retrofit applications.

· Assist in providing technical proposals for process instrumentation, both new and retrofit applications.

Skills/Qualifications:

· BS in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field required 

· Experience with CAD and PLC software.

· Experience drawing electrical schematics required

· Experience troubleshooting, process controls, electrical equipment,  PLC programs, HMI applications, sensors, valves, motors, drives

· Good understanding of computers, local and wide area networks. Primarily Windows based environments and   Microsoft Office Suite.

· Organized and able to compose oneself on paper while generating proposals   and specifications. Attention to   detail and professionalism are paramount.

· Ability to comprehend physical processes that may include but are not   limited to thermal, fluid flow, level, analytical (pH, ORP, conductivity, etc), pressure and vacuum.

· Self-motivated.

· Good listener with ability to really understand a problem or question   and then help to find a solution.
