Electrical Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support CAPEX projects: material specification, installation coordination, and timeline/budget management
  

• Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment, with an emphasis on PLCs, HMIs, and control systems (Allen Bradley preferred)
  

• Support power distribution and industrial instrumentation (12V–480V)
  

• Manage contractors and ensure safe, high-quality project execution
  

• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime
  

• Uphold all plant safety policies and support general plant management functions
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Controls
  

• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment
  

• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
  

• Familiarity with VFDs and a variety of control systems
  

• Proven success leading capital projects and equipment installs
  

• Experience managing contractors and hands-on problem-solving in the field
  

• Practical, floor-based approach over heavy design work
