Job Description - Electrical Engineer

For one of our clients we're looking for an Electrical Engineer. As Electrical Engineer, responsible for managing and executing projects in accordance with agreed standards, quality, and safety requirements. Duties include preparing quotations, project planning, progress reports, and material/service requests for projects such as residential connections and assignments for local service and industrial companies, while ensuring continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

MBO degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Knowledge of and experience with MS Office, Project applications, ERP (Syntess) applications, and AutoCAD
Knowledge of and experience in Project Management
Familiarity with EBS installation regulations
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical operational role
Leadership and organizational skills
Effective communication and problem -solving skills
Quality control and analytical skills
Teamwork and ability to work under pressure

What will you be doing

As Junior Engineer, responsible for supporting the preparation, coordination, and execution of technical projects. Duties include conducting site assessments, preparing technical drawings, calculations, quotations, project planning, and supporting execution teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in line with quality, safety, and client requirements. The role also involves maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, coordinating material requests, and supporting quality control activities throughout all project phases.

In addition, the Junior Engineer is responsible for communicating and coordinating with internal departments such as Engineering, Work Preparation, Procurement, and Finance, as well as with external stakeholders including clients, contractors, and utility companies. The position requires providing technical guidance, preparing project evaluations and reports, monitoring project costs and labor hours, and ensuring compliance with all HSEQ, environmental, health, and safety procedures and regulations.
