You'll also play a key role in ensuring safety, compliance, and innovation while mentoring junior engineers and managing complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems supporting natural gas and energy infrastructure.
Integrate advanced technologies such as automation, real-time monitoring, and energy storage to drive efficiency.
Implement safety systems, including arc flash mitigation, fault detection, and compliance with NEC, NEMA, API, and IEEE codes.
Deliver technical expertise in electrical schematics, layouts, and power distribution for both new projects and upgrades.
Manage engineering projects from Pre-FEED, FEED, through EPC, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs and customer requirements.
Mentor and support junior engineers to promote knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
4+ years of engineering experience in natural gas, energy, or data centers.
Strong knowledge of electrical design codes (NEC, NEMA, API, IEEE).
Ability to review and implement arc flash studies and improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a safety-first mindset.
Preferred:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) License.
Project management experience.
Experience with PLCs, HMI systems, and instrumentation design.
Background in Pre-FEED, FEED, or EPC phases of engineering projects.
