The Electrical Engineer III will support the generation projects by providing engineering expertise focused on the design, evaluation, and implementation of electrical systems for power generation facilities. This role involves collaboration with project managers and other engineering disciplines to ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities will include conducting electrical equipment procurement, reviewing designs, evaluating technical specifications, performing calculations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Additionally, the engineer will participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of electrical issues within generation facilities, provide support for plant operations, and assist in developing maintenance strategies.

Objective:

• Innovation and problem-solving; to apply their knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices to improve the performance and reliability of electrical systems in a hydro plant environment.

• Business Justification: Strong foundation in electrical systems, circuits, and electronics, enabling them to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• 10+ years of practical experience in hydro power plants

• Generation experience

Job Responsibilities:

•Work supervision installation, construction and understanding of maintenance of electrical systems in hydro plant
