Electrical Engineer - Product Safety / Energy Efficiency

• Conducting Product Safety and Energy Efficiency testing such as Temperature Test, Drop Test, Leakage/Touch Current Test, various Energy Efficiency tests on hardware products.
• Recording and analyzing test data.
• Works/interfaces with safety compliance engineers and designers to meet safety requirements and improve product design.
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment or lab.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or BS in Physics with electrical courses, or equivalent.
• 1+ years testing experience in a hi-tech environment.
• Proficient in using basic testing equipment e.g. oscilloscope, power meter, temperature logger, and sensors (thermocouples).
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation such as schematic diagram.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Pay range
