We are seeking an entrepreneurial, dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented Electrical Engineering Discipline Manager with at least 15 years of experience to lead our electrical department within our multidisciplined engineering office. You must be able to win work and then manage the projects, collaborating with existing staff and staff that you help hire as the backlog grows. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a high-level ability to manage multiple clients and multiple projects at one time. This could be the right opportunity for a seasoned electrical engineer who has developed a network of clients and is looking to join a growing team.



We are looking for a leader who works effectively with all personality types, is interested in developing close relationships with our great clients, and who desires to grow professionally and stay involved in the activities and exciting trends in the industry. The position will involve a mix of technical design and consulting, construction support, and new project scoping and proposal writing. We work in tight-knit teams that support each other and are managed with a healthy work-life balance that is focused on development and caring for the whole person. 

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
• Registration as a PE required, Georgia PE preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of consulting Electrical Engineering experience
• Experience supervising a team of at least 4 direct reports required
• Must have experience in supervising, estimating, and negotiating contracts
• Developing proposals, RFP responses, and other marketing support activities
• Ability to foster long-term client relationships
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active industry involvement preferred
