Electrical Foreman

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our electrical projects. 

Job Description:

As a Commercial Foreman, at Hays Electrical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects within the hospitality sector. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive travel to various construction sites nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Construction, with a focus on commercial or Multi-Family construction with a Journeyman electrical license.

· Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites nationwide.

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

· Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during construction projects.

· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects.

Qualifications:

· Knowledgeable in Procore is a PLUS

· Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites nationwide preferably. 

· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.

· Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve project goals.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues that may arise during construction projects.

· Experienced with supervising the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including power lines, construction projects, fixtures and switches.
