Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
  
• Lead a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and support.
  
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of NEC Electric Code. 
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  
• Minimum of 5 years journeyman level electrician, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
  
• Must have residential experience. 
  
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation.
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
