Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an Industrial Electrical Foreman (Working Foreman) to lead crews in installing, modifying, and repairing plant power systems and controls. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical skills, safety awareness, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside crews on industrial electrical installations.
• Perform and oversee work on medium-voltage systems (115 kV).
• Install and maintain switchgear, MCCs, rigid conduit, cable trays, and terminations.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain productivity on job sites.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical experience (residential or commercial does not qualify).
• Proven experience with medium-voltage systems (115 kV).
• Strong knowledge of switchgear, MCCs, conduit, cable tray, and terminations.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints and schematics.
• Experience leading crews in industrial environments.
• Valid driver's license (must pass MVR check).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and electrical testing (megger, IR, hi-pot).
• OSHA-30, NCCER certification, or state electrical license.
