The EthicalEdge Group is partnering with an established Houston electrical contractor to hire an experienced Electrical Foreman for large scale commercial projects throughout the Houston market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong field leader who knows how to run complex electrical projects, build productive crews, maintain strong relationships with general contractors, and deliver quality work safely and on schedule. All projects are local to Houston with no travel required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead field execution for large commercial electrical projects, typically $15-50M+


• Supervise electrical crews and coordinate daily manpower, scheduling, productivity, and jobsite priorities


• Manage relationships and day to day communication with general contractors, project leadership, subcontractors, and other trades


• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and internal leadership


• Read and interpret plans, specifications, drawings, and project documentation


• Identify field issues early and proactively drive solutions


• Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and workmanship standards


• Support material planning, labor forecasting, and overall project execution


• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure jobsite compliance


• Represent the company professionally with clients and project partners

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman on large commercial construction projects


• Experience managing electrical project scopes of $15M+


• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and field operations


• Experience leading sizable crews and coordinating manpower across complex projects


• Strong GC relationship management and communication skills


• Ability to manage schedules, priorities, quality, and field challenges in a fast paced environment


• Healthcare, hospital, life sciences, or similarly complex project experience is highly preferred


• Houston market experience is a plus


• Strong leadership, accountability, and problem solving skills
