DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Short term travel required.
- Install, maintain, and repair fixtures, electrical power, communication, lighting, security, and control systems using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Perform detailed inspections of various electrical components.
- Interprets blueprints and diagrams, make material estimates, implements plans to complete projects by targeted deadlines.
- Spearhead organizational safety efforts following strict OSHA guidelines.
- Use a variety of testing devices to inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot various electrical malfunctions.
- Provide quality on-the-job direction and training to field electricians.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal customer servicing skills.
- All electrical work will meet or exceed most up-to-date National Electrical Code as well local authority requirements.

- Capable of leading projects and working under minimal supervision.
- Solid written and communication skills.
- Highly technical and detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
- Technologically and mathematically skilled.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
5 years minimum experience.
Completed Apprenticeship training and/or combined education and experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

TEC Electric, LLC was formed in 2005 with offices located in Charlotte, NC. We provide general contracting services as well as self-perform all electrical, lighting, network, and security system installation services for customers throughout the Carolinas, Georgia, Virginia and Tennessee.
Currently, TEC has 20 employees consisting of corporate, field operations, engineering, and business development. TEC self-performs all technology systems except fire alarm, lightning protection, and life safety systems. For these services, we subcontract with a select list of companies with which we have a long history of successful partnerships.
