Electrical Foreman - Industrial

Electrical Foreman – Heavy Industrial Construction

Responsible for supervising and performing electrical work in the field on a heavy industrial construction site. This is a working foreman role responsible for daily crew execution, safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside electrical crews performing installations


• Assign daily tasks and manage manpower, work sequencing, and productivity


• Coordinate electrical work with mechanical and other trades


• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, NEC, OSHA, and company standards


• Enforce site safety requirements, including toolbox talks and field safety audits


• Identify constructability issues and report field conflicts to site leadership


• Track daily production and progress within assigned work areas


• Support inspections, testing, punch list completion, and system turnover

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of heavy industrial electrical construction experience


• Prior experience leading crews as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician


• Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical installations


• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications


• Working knowledge of NEC and OSHA regulations


• Must be able to read and communicate in English to understand technical documents, safety procedures, and instructions relevant to job duties. English proficiency is required due to operational and safety communication needs. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license


• OSHA 30 certification

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and shifts as required


• Ability to work in industrial environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoor conditions)


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE
