Join Our Team as an Electrical Foreman (Multi-Family & Light Commercial Construction)
Location: Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington, NC, and assigned project locations
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on relevant experience and skills
Job Type: Full-time with frequent overtime opportunities
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Foreman with experience in multi-family housing and light commercial construction for our projects in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical plans and capable of managing a variety of job site responsibilities. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of electrical tasks in new construction environments
- Read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate site work with electrical contractors and other trades
- Manage material deliveries and maintain inventory control
- Install and maintain temporary power systems
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with the current adopted version of the NEC
Qualifications and Requirements:
- This position requires travel. The company will cover eligible travel expenses, including transportation, lodging, and meals, in accordance with company policy.
- Frequent overtime opportunities
- Proven experience in multi-family and/or light commercial construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical plans
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Pay: The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from $25 to $30 per hour. The base compensation rate will vary based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location, as applicable.
