Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee electrical installations and operations on new manufacturing construction projects, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical teams on industrial and manufacturing new construction projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and practices on the job site.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain project progress.
• Conduct inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of electrical installations.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman, specifically in new manufacturing construction projects.
• Education/Certification: Relevant electrical certifications or licenses required. Journeyman or Master Electrician credentials preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; knowledge of industrial electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Safety Focus: Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various industrial environments.
