Electrical Maintenance Technician
Pay: $23+/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Catoosa, OK
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and mechanical equipment. This role involves conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring that operations run safely and efficiently across multiple company facilities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair electrical components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in electrical systems and equipment
• Test electrical systems and devices to verify proper operation
• Perform electrical wiring and related duties
• Observe mechanical devices in operation to locate sources of problems
• Dismantle machinery and replace defective parts as needed
• Inspect and measure instruments to determine part requirements
• Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies
• Train production workers on routine preventive maintenance tasks
• Provide technical support and respond to maintenance-related questions
• Prepare detailed maintenance reports based on collected data and trends
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols
• Requisition materials and supplies for maintenance needs
• Travel to multiple facilities as required (must have reliable transportation)
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
• Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance
• Electrical License required
• Proficient in operating machinery and using technical equipment
• Strong knowledge of electrical system maintenance
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and company procedures
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete maintenance reports
• Effective communication skills
• Physically capable of prolonged standing and walking
• Able to bend, climb, or crawl into confined or awkward spaces
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment
