A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ELECTRICAL SALES TECHNICIAN

As an Electrical Sales Technician, you start each day ready to personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their electrical needs. After warmly greeting each client and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you thoroughly complete analyses and diagnostics. Then, you can recommend the appropriate course of action and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately.

You handle financing as well as payment, and invoicing. In order to accurately list materials needed, you take pictures of all the existing work. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of electrical technician experience


• 3+ years of sales experience


• Comfortable using tablet-based dispatch/sales software


• A strong understanding of job cost and pricing guides


• A valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug testing


• Any electrical - industry related experience is a plus!


• If you've got any managerial experience under your belt, that's a bonus!
