Project manager needed for immediate need just north of Boston, MA! Local company in need of a Project Manager for a commercial electric company.
The perfect person will have an excellent working history as an electrician and is now ready to put the tools down and come into the office as a Project Manager.
The selected person will have a professional demeanor, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask local projects. This person will utilize their industry knowledge to manage projects, work flow, relationships, budget as well as safety.

responsibilities:
Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Monitor/control project through administrative direction
Assure project remains on schedule and within budget
Maintain client relationships through performance and communication,
Manages the financial aspect of the project including cost reporting, forecasting, and price/negotiates of change orders
Oversee project safety and quality control programs, ensuring that the project is constructed as specified and according to local, state, federal regulations,. and
Responsible for purchasing of material and subcontractors, submittal
Maintain a full and current understanding of project drawings and plans
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management or general contruction leadership
Proven verbal and written communication attributes a must
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Team player with leadership abilities.
