Role Description
We’re looking to hire a skilled and experienced electrician to bolster technical aspects of day-to-day operations for our growing temporary power solutions business.
You will play a critical role in designing power solutions and supporting field activities. Your contributions will touch all aspects of service design and delivery, and you will be a key voice as we look to grow into new customer segments and verticals!
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Planning:
· Oversee the design of temporary power solutions for various construction projects.
· Ensure that designs meet client specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
· Use design tools to prepare, review, and/or approve detailed electrical plans.
Operational Leadership:
· Support service delivery to ensure efficient project execution, from design to implementation.
· Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align operational practices with the company’s long-term goals.
· Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
Field Support:
· Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project schedules and customer timelines.
· Provide high-level guidance to field technicians on project setup, installation, and teardown of temporary power systems.
· Ensure compliance with design plans, safety standards, and timelines.
Qualifications
· Licensed Electrician with 5+ years of operational experience—power distribution and generator hookup background is preferred.
· Minimum of 5-10 years in electrical, construction, or power industries.
· Strong knowledge of electrical design and project management.
