Electrical Project Manager / Estimator

We’re hiring an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator to lead specialty electrical construction and infrastructure projects from bid through completion. This role combines estimating accuracy with hands-on project coordination and field leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare estimates and manage projects for electrical construction and site work
• Review electrical plans, specifications, and scopes for accuracy
• Manage schedules, budgets, crews, and subcontractors
• Coordinate field installations including DAS, EV charging, LED lighting, grounding, and power systems
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers

• Experience estimating and managing electrical construction projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specs
• Proven project management skills across scheduling and budgeting
• Field experience with specialty electrical installations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused communication
