In This Role, You'll:
Coach technicians in real time during customer interactions (all B2C).
Help teams present options clearly and confidently.
Support technicians with lead qualification and closing strategies.
Jump into virtual appointments for larger opportunities when needed.
Conduct occasional field ride-alongs to provide hands-on coaching.
Track performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
Be a trusted resource, mentor, and performance partner for the field.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a high-performing sales role.
Experienced in residential electrical code is required.
Strong sales instincts and proven ability to build trust quickly.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to provide direct, honest feedback while fostering a positive team environment.
Comfortable with using technology including video conferencing and CRM tools.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with a process-driven approach and attention to detail.
