With over 100 employees and 15–30 active projects at any time, we are a fast-paced, growing company looking for a seasoned Estimator/Sales Manager to help lead our growth in new business development and project acquisition. This is a key leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building and driving sales in the commercial electrical space.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Develop, estimate, and sell commercial/light industrial electrical projects.


• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.


• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project handoffs.


• Manage full-cycle estimating and preconstruction planning.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial/industrial electrical estimating.


• Sales or business development experience in electrical contracting.


• Comfortable seeking new customers and building relationships from scratch.


• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles.


• Confident, self-starter with excellent communication skills.

• Experience with low voltage or service-side project estimating.
