Electrical Sales Manager

Fix-It 24/7 is looking for a licensed electrician with strong in-home sales skills to join our growing Electrical Division. This Sales Manager role is not about managing a team—it’s about managing and maximizing your own personal sales performance.

We're looking for someone who can confidently diagnose, educate, and close electrical repair and upgrade opportunities in residential homes.

What You’ll Do:

• Run high-quality, pre-set electrical service and sales leads
• Present solutions for panel upgrades, rewires, lighting packages, surge protection, and more
• Build trust and value with homeowners—no high-pressure tactics
• Manage your own pipeline, follow-up, and performance metrics
• Help drive revenue while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

• Active Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician license (required)
• Proven experience in in-home sales and a strong closing track record
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Clean background, MVR, and ability to pass a drug screen
