WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The primary duties of a Service Manager are to develop our Electrical team, conduct meetings, and mentor technicians for career growth through training. Focusing on the technicians’ work with our customers and providing a 5-star experience. Other responsibilities include promoting enthusiasm and brand loyalty during daily huddles, weekly team meetings, and scheduling 1:1’s. You will work closely with our dispatch team daily to help manage service calls. Verify compliance, access truck inventory while performing inspections, prepare weekly service reports.

• 3-5 years management experience with residential home services company
