Job Description - Electrical Service Manager

Advance Onboarding Solutions is looking for an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead and oversee the electrical service department. The Electrical Service Manager will be responsible for managing service operations, coordinating field technicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. This leadership role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong background in electrical systems and service management. Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the day-to-day  of a team of electricians working on commercial service projects.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls and dispatch technicians efficiently.
  • Ensure all electrical service work complies with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee training and development of service technicians to improve skills and performance.
  • Manage inventory of electrical parts and equipment to ensure availability for service jobs.
  • Prepare reports on service activities, performance metrics, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support business objectives and growth.
  • Proven experience in electrical service management or a related supervisory role.
  • JM or Masters license required
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management.
  • Proficient in scheduling and service management software.
  • Relevant certifications or degree in electrical engineering, business management, or related field preferred.
  • Salary is 110 k - 130 K
