Excel Services, Inc. is looking for career-orientated Electrical Service Project Manager to perform work on commercial and industrial projects.

Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Service Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating projects from request/PO through field installation to job closeout. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed efficiently, profitably, and safely while upholding our department’s quality and customer service standards and aligning with our company’s core values.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
40% - Job Oversight:
Manage pre-work coordination, including estimate review, budget management, ordering large items, and job site handoff.
Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and potential issues.
Requisition materials, small tools, and equipment for work commencement.
Mentor and coach employees.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
30% - Administrative Duties:
Ensure employee time records are accurate and submitted on time.
Coordinate manpower requests with at least 48-hour notice.
Conduct in-progress budget and job schedule reviews.
Document, price, and bill change orders.
10% - Job Closeout:
Schedule final inspections and organize customer documentation.
Ensure all documentation is ready for final billing.
Review final billings before submission to the customer.
10% - Company Policy Enforcement:
Ensure job site safety and compliance with company policies.
Maintain company assets, including tools, equipment, and vehicles.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
10% - Other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
This position leads a team of varying sizes, ensuring projects are completed on time while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities include effective communication, upholding a professional company image, and promoting core company values.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Variations: May include on-call duties, shift rotations, seasonal extended hours, or travel as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a project foreman.
Minimum 10 years of electrical experience (construction or service).
Journeyman License Certification.
Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Knowledge of industry-specific codes, OSHA guidelines, safety requirements, and safe work practices.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master Electrical License.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
This position requires a Journeyman License.
