Electrical Site Manager

We are a leading Engineering company looking for a talented and experienced Electrical Project Site Manager to join our team.

Following the guidelines given by Project Management, as an Electrical Project Site Manager, you will be responsible for lead and coordinate all activities related to the assembly and installation of automated and robotic lines for the manufacture of automotive components, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, and safety on site. You will be directly responsible for the technical execution of the project in the field. Electric background experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the phases of project execution, defining schedules, milestones, and deliverables.


• Determine the human, technical, and material resources necessary for project development.


• Supervise and coordinate staff under your responsibility, including supervisors and team leaders.


• Coordinate closely with the engineering team for the reception, analysis, and implementation of technical assembly information.


• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors the resources and conditions necessary for the progress of the work.


• Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety, and applicable regulations.


• Report periodically on the progress of the work to the Project Manager and maintain fluid communication with the end customer.


• Resolve technical and operational incidents that may arise during assembly.


• Ensure the correct documentation and technical closure of the facilities.
  
  
  

What will you need as a successful Electrical Project Site Manager?

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or similar. Postgraduate or master's degree related to project management or construction management will be valued.


• Proven experience of 10 years in similar roles, with proven experience in assembling automated and/or robotic lines, preferably in the automotive sector.


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• leadership and team management abilities.


• Advanced level of English and Spanish native.


• Willingness to travel and work in the field.

o Robotic systems and industrial automation
o Reading and interpreting technical drawings

o Ability to read and interpret EPLAN electric schematics
o Industrial safety regulations and quality management
