What Youll Do

As an Electrical Superintendent, you will supervise field operations, ensure project quality and safety, and drive project completion on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise crews of 1015 electricians on industrial job sites

• Review project plans, blueprints, and layouts

• Coordinate and resolve issues with Project Managers and clients

• Maintain and track progress against project schedules

• Submit weekly/monthly material requests

• Attend and participate in contractor meetings

• Maintain daily job logs via iPad

• Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean job site

• Identify schedule risks and proactively address them

• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC)

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as an industrial electrical supervisor or superintendent

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and NEC compliance

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics

• Skilled in operating and maintaining electrical service vehicles

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and crews on-site
