Electrical Superintendent supervises and coordinates electrical construction activities on job sites. They ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position directly supervises multiple foremen and field crews. Responsibilities include directing work activities, coordinating manpower, evaluating performance, supporting hiring
decisions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is frequently exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is frequently performed in outside weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, stretching, pulling, crawling, climbing, and digging. The employee must have the ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy tools and equipment related to the trade. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to work at elevated heights, small confined spaces, and various weather conditions. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
