RALCO Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical contractor that has proudly served Massachusetts and Rhode Island for over 35 years. Throughout our history, we have built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and lasting relationships.
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a critical leadership role in the success of our field operations. You will oversee multiple projects and support our field crews by providing technical guidance, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining strong customer relationships, and helping projects stay on schedule. As an Electrical Superintendent, you will:
Lead and support a small team of electricians by providing technical direction and leadership.
Serve as the primary point of contact for field crews needing guidance or problem resolution.
Visit jobsites as needed to assist with complex installations, code questions, or project challenges.
Meet with electrical inspectors to coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance.
Foster strong relationships with customers, inspectors, project managers, and office staff.
Mentor electricians and apprentices while promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Identify opportunities for additional electrical work or service upgrades and communicate them to support future sales opportunities.
Promote and uphold RALCO's mission and core values: Teamwork, Passion for Success, Reputation, Relationships, and Respect.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician License required (Rhode Island license preferred).
10–15 years of electrical experience with a broad background in residential, commercial, industrial, and service work.
Proven leadership experience supervising electrical crews and coordinating field operations.
