Perform bench-level troubleshooting of failed electrical assemblies (rack systems, power distribution, CCAs, cable/harness, and electromechanical subassemblies).
Use test/measurement equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, spectrum and network analyzers, etc.) to identify root cause down to the component.
Execute manual test activities, including point-to-point continuity checks and functional verification.
Read and fully interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
Document findings, repairs, and re-test results; move units through established Repair & Return processes.
Maintain ESD controls and safe work practices in accordance with site procedures.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and fellow technicians; contribute to Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) efforts.
High school diploma or AA/AS (or other 2-year post-secondary technical training)
Demonstrated hands-on electronics troubleshooting experience (not solely step-by-step scripted test).
Proficiency with common test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, spectrum/network analyzer).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
