Job Description - Electrical/IT Construction Inspector
The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.
We are looking for an experienced Electrical/IT Construction Inspector to support major public infrastructure and airport-related projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting electrical and low-voltage systems to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and agency requirements.
Schedule: Night Shift (10:30PM-7:00AM, Sunday-Friday)
Salary Range: $140K-$155K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections on electrical and low-voltage systems across buildings, civil works, and tenant improvements
Review installations such as electrical panels, lighting, grounding systems, fire/life safety systems, and IT components
Ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and safety regulations
Document daily progress, track changes, and support reporting (RFIs, submittals, etc.)
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Electrical/IT inspections (building construction required)
Experience with low-voltage systems (e.g., security, communications, IT infrastructure)
Ability to interpret construction drawings and code requirements
