Job Description:
As an Electrician at Myrick's Electrical Service LLC, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures. The ideal candidate will have experience in both troubleshooting and ensuring electrical systems are up to code, safe, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings.
- Diagnose electrical problems and offer timely repairs.
- Inspect electrical components, such as circuit breakers and transformers.
- Follow national and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Test electrical systems with appropriate tools and safety measures.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper installation.
- Ensure a high standard of work and safety at all times.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Complete necessary paperwork and job reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Electrician. Main panel upgrade experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program is preferred.
- Current California Electrician’s license or ET card.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
