Are you a skilled electrician ready to make a significant impact? Wimmer Corp is seeking a dedicated electrician to join our innovative team. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency for a variety of electrical systems, including controllers, control boxes, and electrical circuits for both residential and light commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional solutions.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
Installation: Validate and install controllers, control boxes, electrical cable, and electrical circuits.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems.
Code Compliance: Adhere to all applicable electrical codes and standards, including NEC.
Validation and UL Certify: Verify all in house built components to be UL certified. Validate previous installations of cable, controllers, control boxes, and electrical circuits meet code.
Training: Train other Apprentice level technicians for certification.
Qualifications:
Valid Electrician's License
- Proven experience in residential and light commercial electrical installation and repair
- Strong understanding of electrical codes (NEC)
- Knowledge of control systems and automation technologies
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- UL Certification is a plus for compensation. If not, we will train.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on experience and certifications
