Location: Houston, TX 77017
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Additional Hours: Occasional extended hours until approximately 7:30 PM
Work Schedule: Currently operating on a 6-day workweek
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours worked
We are seeking an experienced Electrician to assist with the installation, rough-in, and final trim-out of electrical systems in units during regular operations. The Electrician will work closely with the Supervisor and Lead Man to ensure electrical installations are completed safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on electrical experience, the ability to read electrical prints and schematics, and strong troubleshooting skills.
Coordinate with the Supervisor and Lead Man on electrical installation activities.
Oversee and assist with the layout and installation of electrical components.
Perform rough-in and final trim-out electrical work.
Coordinate with the Supervisor regarding material availability, shortages, and job requirements.
Read, understand, and interpret electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics.
Communicate information from prints and schematics clearly to the crew.
Troubleshoot electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits and data/communication systems.
Ensure electrical work is completed correctly, safely, and according to project requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Complete assigned work in a timely and efficient manner.
Previous electrical installation experience required.
Ability to read and understand electrical prints and schematics.
Experience with rough-in and final electrical installation.
Strong troubleshooting skills with AC/DC electrical systems.
Experience with data and communication wiring is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a 6-day schedule and overtime as needed.
Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
