The Opportunity

As a Residential Electrical Helper, you'll work alongside experienced electricians to assist with residential electrical service, installation, maintenance, and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable technical skills, and build a long-term career in the electrical trade.

No two days are the same, and every day provides an opportunity to learn from some of the best electricians in the industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist electricians with residential electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.


• Gather tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job.


• Help troubleshoot electrical systems and identify potential issues.


• Learn proper installation techniques while following company quality standards.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


• Assist with loading and unloading materials.


• Accurately document completed work using company technology.


• Deliver professional, courteous customer service in every home.


• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical codes.


• Participate in ongoing technical training and career development.

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.


• Mechanical aptitude and interest in the electrical trade.


• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills.


• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.


• Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and work in a physically active environment.


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.


• Previous construction, electrical, or trade experience is helpful but not required.
