Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Working Manager to lead, rebuild, and grow our electrical department. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines fieldwork with management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician who is passionate about building strong teams, delivering quality projects, and expanding business opportunities. Licenses/Certifications: Journeyman Unrestricted or Master Electrician License (as required by state/local regulations). Candidates actively pursuing their Unrestricted Journeyman or Master Electrician License may be eligible for company-sponsored support
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all aspects of the electrical department, both in the field and administratively.
• Perform hands-on electrical work including installations, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise electrical staff and subcontractors
• Develop project estimates, proposals, and schedules
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and company safety standards
• Collaborate with leadership to grow business through excellent service and client satisfaction
• Maintain inventory, tools, and vehicle readiness
• Track project progress and ensure on-time, within-budget completion
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and general contractors
• Stay current on industry trends and licensing requirements
• Lead by example in maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, permits, and certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding field environment.

Qualifications:
• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Skills:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
