Electro Mechanical Assembler

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assemble parts according to assembly instructions / drawing with hand tools.
• Assist in constructing instruments.
• Ensure the assembly is good and met the quality level set up by the company.
• Prepare cables assemblies and harness to connect electrical components.
• Install firmware, drivers & apps.
• Perform QC checks, trouble-shoot, run tests and software verification.
• Provide production status and updates to Production Manager.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks with short deadlines.
• Self-motivated and a quick learner.
• Highly organized.
• Other production related services.
• Collect parts.

• Good experience on using hand tools for Electro-Mechanical assembly.
• Able to read and understand electro-mechanical assembly instruction / drawing.
• Good time management and understand the importance of deadline.
• Recognize the importance of quality.
• Good troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Verbal Chinese (Mandarin) a plus.
• 2+ years of Electro-Mechanical Assembly experience.
• Computer skills is highly prefer.
