Electromagnetic Warfare Specialist Instructor

Position Summary 

Lead the instruction and curriculum development for the 17E Advanced Individual Training (AIT). This role focuses on the technical application of Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) and requires a high level of instructional design expertise to prepare specialists for complex operational environments. 

Mandatory Qualifications 

• Security Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance at the time of contract start. 
• Advanced Instructional Writing: Demonstrated ability to develop and tailor technical content for diverse audiences. 
• Pedagogical Framework: Mastery of Bloom’s Taxonomy to align lesson delivery with specific cognitive learning levels (Knowledge through Synthesis). 
• Curriculum Development: Ability to write and update AIT-level training materials to remain current with evolving EW technologies.
