Essential Responsibilities

The Electronic Services Specialist will:

• Assist Electronic Services staff with various responsibilities, to include wire transfer processing, ACH processing, ATS setups and maintenance, dispute resolution, and Online Banking support.


•  Oversee Visa Gift Card ordering, disbursement, and tracking.


•  Communicate with vendors to assist in resolving system and technical issues.


•  Provide support to branches and other departments with incoming phone calls, e-mails, and EBS Desk inquiries.


•  Assist with department procedural updates and maintain procedure manual.


•  Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

•  High School Diploma or equivalent, and


•  Two (2) years of experience working in banking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience working in electronic services for a bank.
