Job Description

We are hiring Electronics Assemblers for a precision electronics manufacturing facility in Morrisville, NC. This position involves detailed work applying coating and masking materials to electronic components in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

As an Electronics Assembler, you will:

• Apply and remove masking materials to precision electronic components under magnification
• Operate manufacturing equipment including coating baths, ovens, benchtop dispensers, and application tools
• Work with parts ranging from less than 1/16 inch to several inches in size
• Use magnification devices for fine detail work and quality inspection
• Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection protocols for sensitive electronics
• Perform quality control inspection and pack finished components
• Maintain clean work environment and follow contamination prevention procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• Steady hands and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with magnification devices and microscopes
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Quality inspection mindset and ability to catch defects

Preferred:

• Experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or precision manufacturing
• Electronics assembler, assembly technician, or production technician background
• Manufacturing experience in clean or controlled environments
