Position Summary

This position is responsible for small parts assembly, testing, and packaging of all OPUS-IVS electronic products in a manner that meets internal and customer quality and delivery expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all company policies and standards 
• Embrace and practice workplace organization
• Practice safe operation of hand tools and test equipment
• Responsible for product manufacture / final assembly, testing and packaging
• Meet internal and customer quality and delivery expectations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School or GED
• Experience with safe operation of power hand tools
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to accept and adapt to change in a positive manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or Vocational Certification in electronic technology
• Experience with build-in-station quality practices a plus
• Soldering experience a plus
• Experience with ESD-controlled manufacturing a plus
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
