Responsibilities:
1. Prepare components for insertion into printed circuit boards.
2. Hand-assemble components into printed circuit boards.
3. Load electronic boards onto wave solder machine.
4. Trim leads on boards.
5. Hand-solder components on boards.
6. Perform various board, bracket and label assemblies.
7. Mask and unmask parts for conformal coating.
8. Test circuit board assemblies.
9. Program microcontrollers.
10. Assemble mechanical parts into subassemblies and final assemblies.

This is a second shift role, working Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm.

Requirements

1. Prior work experience in an electronics manufacturing area.

2. Knowledgeable about resistor color code.

3. Ability to recognize a wide range of electronic components.

4. Previous soldering and de-soldering experience.

5. Ability to pick up and assemble small electronic and mechanical parts.
