Electronics Engineer IV (Radar)

Description

TRISTAR is seeking a Electronics Engineer IV (Radar) for our government customer in Crane, IN

• NSWC Crane Radar Technologies Division has been tasked to provide a radar SME for tasking with SENSEI and Silent Swarm

Position Responsibilities:

• Tasking will include test planning and execution, data analysis, system selection and deployment, interfacing with radar vendors, system use authorization, and modeling and simulation of systems
• Workload is expected to continue for multiple years with system sustainment and new site development for SENSEI, and continued iterations of Silent Swarm featuring new technologies
• Significant effort is expected for SENSEI with a need for radar system tech refresh for the deployed sites

Requirements

• MATLAB/Python
• Modeling and simulation
• Basic radar fundamentals
• Must be a US Citizen
• An Active Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certification:

• BS Engineering or related field
