Electronics Integration Manager – Coopersville, Michigan

DISHER is currently partnering with a local, family-owned, appliance and electronics company in West Michigan that specializes in complex home automation systems. We are seeking an Electronics Integration Manager to join their team in Coopersville, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team to ensure customers receive top-tier service.

• Manage personnel including training, reviewing, developing and coaching  
• Clearly, concisely and respectfully communicate with customers, vendors and co-workers  
• Strive to make department and team organized and efficient  
• Ability to read construction drawings, wiring drawings, and manuals 
• Communication skills to clearly and concisely explain systems to customers – training them in how to use their new products
• Ability to create easy to read documentation, budgets, and system designs with software we will teach you how to use
• Ability to ask internal and external customers questions to find out exactly what they are wanting to achieve with their smart home electronics system
• Expertly be able to discuss and educate customers on available Smart Home electronics  
• Schedule and conduct regular department meetings  

• Organization; ability to create structures to support or accomplish a plan 
• Professional and concise communication skills both verbal and written
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience as a Manager 
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement successful management strategies  
• Willing to hold themselves and others accountable
