Electronics Quality Manager

job summary:
Permanent Position: New opening for an Electronics Quality Manager in the Litchfield, CT area.

The Quality Manager must have:

3+ years of Quality Management experience in an electronic system/ electronic products manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

Understanding of Manufacturing Processes through previous work experience.

Quality Methods - Process Control, Defect Identification, and Analysis, SPC, PFMEA.

Data Analysis using Epicor, Power BI or a similar data management program

Ability to travel 5%

Manages the overall operation of the quality department - manufacturing, supplier quality, customer complaints, and new product development

Team management of Quality Associates, Technicians, and Engineers.

Works with the production floor to manage rejection and make improvements.
