Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to a group of team members, aligning with the Electronics Manager’s and company’s production needs.
• Ensure safety rules are being followed at all times.
• Check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems.
• Train new employees on proper techniques.
• Perform electronic assembly, soldering, and quality inspections as needed.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• This role will work Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm.

Requirements

•  3+ years of electronic assembly experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to pick up and assemble small electronic and mechanical parts.
• Ability to sit, stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift items up to 35 lbs.
• Previous soldering and de-soldering experience preferred.
• Ability to recognize a wide range of electronic components.
