Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, and test PCB assemblies to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Perform functional, in-circuit, and system-level testing using various test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty PCBs down to the component level.
- Document test results, issues, and repair actions accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on prototype builds and product development support.
- Assist in maintaining test setups, tools, and equipment calibration.
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
- Participate in quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electronics assembly, PCB testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical documents.
- Experience using soldering equipment, rework stations, and inspection tools.
- Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721) is a plus.
